We specialize in foreign and local worker recruitment/placement services (headhunting), consultancy (ethical recruitment), transportation (factory), and worker management services. - Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate job offers and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay current with industry trends, market salary rates, and other factors affecting recruitment.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance overall HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any field, **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- **Mandarin Speaker**:

- Training provided.

**Salary Range**:

- From RM3000 to RM5000

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
