**Job description**

**Requirements**:

- Location: Bukit Jalil. Kuala Lumpur

**Job Scopes**:
**(Finished Product)**
- Receive the finished products and store the products under the appropriate storage conditions.
- Transfer the finished products into released or rejected finished product area.
- Prepare the shipments and label the boxes with customer name, address, box no., storage condition and fragile label (if applicable).
- Prepare the pre-invoice upon receiving the commercial invoice from Sales Department.
- Send the pre-invoice to Sales Department to acknowledge the completion of the order. 3.6 Update the related logs.

**(Raw Material)**
- Receive the raw materials/new items from suppliers and transfer the materials to the designated area.
- Receive Commercial Bill from the Purchasing Department and prepare the receiving record.
- Implement the discarding process when required.
- Prepare the required sample for input QC test.
- Transfer the QC-passed raw materials to the released raw materials area.
- Transfer the QC-failed raw materials to the rejected area.
- Update the rejected items log.
- Dispense the raw materials to production according to item dispense.
- Deliver the raw materials to the Production Department in case any replacement needed.
- Conduct warehouse inventory check.
- Any other work assigned by Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Management Representative, and General Manager.

**WORKING HOURS**:

- Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

**SALARY**:

- RM 1800 - 2200 per month
