POSITION: Junior Draughtsman (Bandar Puncak Alam)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Based in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
- Employed as contract staff for one year, with the potential to be absorbed as full-time staff.
- Responsible for drafting and preparing plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations according to project requirements.
- Produce technical drawings, with priority given to AutoCAD.
- Dedicated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adhere to work schedules and meet established deadlines.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A recognized Diploma or Professional Certificate in **Architecture**or a related discipline.
- Required Skills: AutoCAD Drafting, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, SketchUp.
- An independent self-starter, able to deliver within tight deadlines and requiring mínimal guidance.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
