**Responsibilities**:
Develop personalized learning plans and tailor your approach to each student's unique needs and pace.

Nurture their growth in speaking, writing, reading, and listening, equipping them for academic and social engagement.

Create a safe and inclusive learning space where students feel confident to explore and express themselves.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience**:
Minimum: 1 year of experience teaching English to non-native speakers in any setting (classroom, online, one-on-one).

Preferred: Experience working with students in an international school environment or diverse learning settings.

Bonus: Experience developing personalized learning plans and adapting teaching methods to individual needs.

**Skills**:
Essential: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Culturally sensitive and adaptable to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.

Proficient in assessing language needs and designing effective learning activities.

Excellent written and spoken English fluency.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for language learning.

**Software/Tools**:
Familiarity with common learning management systems (Moodle, Canvas, etc.).

Experience using online communication platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

Proficiency in basic productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
