Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper handling of inspection, measuring & testing tools and equipment when it is in use.
- Continually monitor quality level of the incoming components by collecting measurement data
- To administer, handle monitor and dispose rejects, replacements, scraps of incoming components.
- To report/update any non comformance detected at product in-progress, finished product and production processes to Quality Engineer and follow up corrective actions.
- To assist and participate in the in the activities related to quality prevention, improvement and project related incoming production porcesses and product.
- To participate in production processes and product audit, test and review activities whenever it is required.
- To initiate, generate, report and maintain all necessary documents, data and records required and where necessary.
- To compile, collect and update reference document required for quality controls including drawings, specifications, codes, standards, guidelines and statutory document and material required.
- Involve in the implementation, maintenance and improvement for ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 9001 (QMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) in the company.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably 1 year working experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) field in manufacturing industry.
- Exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment is as advantage.
- Computer literate, possess basis measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer and height gauge.
- Ability to work independently with high level of initiative.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
