JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
- Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
- To proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary).
- Update CRM and UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions take for each customer.
- Any other Ad-hoc matters

**; Requirements: - Job Requirement**:

- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin (an advantage) language for both spoken and written
- Excel power point skills - intermediate
- Analytical skills - able to review collection report and provide feedback on improvement
- For staff managing legal accounts - experience working in legal firm or handling legal accounts in previous job is preferred
