**Canteen Cook** **食堂主厨**
- Prepares meal ingredients for cooking, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing of ingredients.
- Cook the meals according to the daily food production schedule and in compliance with the hygiene standards of the Health authorities.
- Packs food into boxes and/or serve food to students and staff.
- Assists kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
- Washing and drying of all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
- Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
- Helps to wash and clean the kitchen and canteen daily.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the Canteen Supervisor and Head Chef.

- 在遵守卫生局的食物卫生标准下,根据每日餐食计划菜单烹制食品。
- 为学生及教职员将食物盛入饭盒里。
- 协助厨房员工从送货卡车上卸下食材。
- 清洗和擦干所有食堂餐具、工用具等。
- 将所有食堂餐具、工用具摆放在固定位置。
- 随时清洗、打扫卫生,时刻保持厨房及食堂的清洁、整齐。
- 执行食堂主管或总厨分配的其他职责和责任。

Requirements 要求
- Applicant must be aged at least 35 years old. 申请人必须年满 35 岁。
- Fluent in either English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Cantonese 流利的英语、马来语和/或粤语。
- Minimum 2 years’ of working experience as a Cook. 至少2 年的厨师工作经验。

**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month

- Early shift
