Veterinary Nurse

**Job Summary** "Exciting career opportunity Join our growing veterinary clinic as a vet nurse and learn with us" **Responsibilities** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and caring towards animals. - Assist veterinarian with treatments, ward cleanliness, consultation, and surgery; maintain cleanliness of diagnostic equipment. - To help out the clinic both in terms of pet health care and surgery. - To assist the clinic in the hospitalization of pets and emergency cases. - To help in maintaining cleanliness of hospitalized or boarding pets and to make sure they are clean upon discharge. - General upkeep in the hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic. - Manage stock, order, and monitor medication, consumables, and instruments. - Update client information in the system (personal details, diagnostics, medicine dispensed, payment history); send follow up reminders for vaccinations and cases. - Prepare and assist with surgical instruments before, during, and after surgery. - Assist in presurgical exams and diagnostic tests. - Assist in performing X-rays and ultrasound imaging. - Assist in post-operative care. - Any other additional duties and/or responsibilities that may be delegated by the Veterinarian or the Management from time to time. **Experience** - Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; SPM/STPM graduates encouraged to apply.
