**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell various insurance products, including life, health, property, and personal accident insurance.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Provide personalized financial advice to help clients achieve their insurance and investment goals.
- Conduct financial reviews and insurance needs analysis to recommend appropriate coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and company guidelines related to insurance sales and banking services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to policyholders.
- Track and achieve individual and team sales targets for insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch colleagues and other departments to maximize customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Relevant licenses** (such as TBE, PCE, and CEILI certifications) are required for selling insurance products.
- Proven experience in **sales, banking, or insurance**, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of **financial products, banking services, and insurance policies**.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in **customer relationship management (CRM) systems**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with mínimal supervision.
