**JOD DESCRIPTION**
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and Document inspection results and compliance.
- Identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and manage assembly schedules.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Improve assembly processes for efficiency.
- Create and oversee packing plans to meet specifications.
- Manage packing materials, supplies, ensure proper packing and storage of products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods.
- Reorder materials as needed to maintain production flow.
- Prepare reports on production status, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to assembly and packing staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and align schedules.
- Analyze and review processes for improvement opportunities.
- Implement feedback and changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct safety training and enforce safety practices.

**AUTHORITIES**
- Set and approve quality standards for products and processes.
- Halt production or assembly if products do not meet quality standards or safety requirements.
- Modify assembly and packing schedules based on production needs and operational efficiency.
- Approve orders for replenishing inventory of raw materials and packing supplies.
- Make adjustments to inventory records and manage discrepancies.
- Generate and approve reports on production status, quality control, and process efficiency for management review.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols within the assembly and packing areas.

**ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT**
- **Diploma**: In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- **Degree (Optional)**: In Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a similar field, which can be advantageous.
- **Certifications (Optional)**: Quality control certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) and safety certifications.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of quality control methods, assembly and packing processes.

**Experience**: Relevant hands-on experience in QC, assembly, and packing can be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
