**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Responsible in providing professional customer advice and care.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints if necessary.
- Assist doctors in performing aesthetic procedures.
- Promote products and services to clients.
- Perform beauty treatments such as hands-on facials.
- Monitor and follow-up to customer’s treatment and skin condition improvement
- Responsible in appointment booking as well as follow-up calls with clients.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Passionate and interest in beauty industry.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Friendly and caring personality.
- Know basic in Mandarin, English and Malay. **MANDARIN** is **COMPULSORY **as our clients are mostly in Chinese.
