Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety inspections at work sites and office locations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety training sessions for employees to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to address safety concerns specific to each work area.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and readily available.
- Conduct emergency response drills and provide training on emergency procedures.
- Compile and maintain accurate safety records and reports.

Qualifications:

- SSS certificate from NIOSH.
- Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Possessed computer literacy to carry out regular reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
