**About Us**
- Globe Advantech Sdn. Bhd is a manufacturing company that specializes in Part Fabrication, Automation Machine Part, Precision Machine, Modification of Spare Parts and Tools & Dies, Jig & Fixtures.

1. Plan production to ensure maximum output and minimum delay.

2. Keep track on safety stock levels to ensure materials supply is not disrupted and meet customer’s demand.

3. Monitor daily output of production to meet plans. Manages direct-manufacturing operations with high level of efficiency and productivity.

4. To cooperate with production, purchasing, store and sales department in controlling the inventory movement

5. To coordinate the documentation and information of daily operations

6. Leads day-to-day running of the manufacturing team, manage resources within tolerable time and acceptable budget.

7. Overall monitoring on the customer complaints, order, quality, service and delivery to fulfil customer requirements.

8. Assist in periodic or ad hoc tasks.

**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in Machining Industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Good attitude, strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Effective communicator and ability to interact at all levels.
- Understand in Quality standards, requirements & measuring tools.

**Having criteria listed below will be an added advantage;**
- 2 years’ experience in Planning in Machining Industry field.
- Hands on knowledge for machining tools and process such as Manual Milling, CNC Milling, Manual Lathe, CNC Lathe, Grinding and Wirecut.
- Hands on knowledge for testing equipment such as CMM, height gauge, surface roughness tester, durometer or callipers.
