Land Surveyor

Diploma / Certificate or Degree in Surveying or equivalent. Preferably minimum 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity with exposure to residential and commercial construction. Computer literate with Microsoft Project, Office (Word & Excel), Autocad and related softwares on earthworks quantity computation. Written and oral proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu Good numeracy & mathematical calculations skills. Good logical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels. Self-motivated, responsible, has a keen eye to detail, strong organising skills, resourceful and innovative. Experience in building survey is a must Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys. Verifying data and calculations. Recording results of surveys. Calculating the measurements of sites. Writing descriptions of property boundaries. Independent in implementing all aspects of surveying job. To undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct superior and/or management of the Company. CHARTER BUILT GROUP of companies started by incorporating Charter Built Construction Sdn.
