**Supervisor - Food Manufacturing, Shah Alam**

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily production operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards, quality expectations, and production schedules. This role focuses and managing the production line employee and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee the production line activities to ensure smooth operation including production planning, raw material, storage, packing and finished goods warehouse.
- Quality and safety standard compliance
- Ensure production activities comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards including HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety and Hygiene
- Production Scheduling
- Assist in planning and organizing the daily production schedules to ensures all orders fulfilled on time and within quality specifications.
- Manage production resources efficiently and stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
- Team management and leadership
- Supervise, train and motivate the production team to maintain productivity and morale.
- Others
- Maintain the machinery and equipment in good condition, regular inspection to ensure all equipment is maintained and works within safety standard.
- Effective communication with Operation Manager and cross department to ensure the smooth flow of operation.
- Provide feedback on production performance and propose for improvement in any aspects to meet the standard and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Education - Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in culinary, Food Science/technology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years hands on experience as Supervisor or team lead in food manufacturing, frozen food, Central kitchen or similar.
- Good knowledge of food safety management system (HACCP, HALAL, GMP, ISO, etc.)
- Good understanding of food manufacturing operation, scheduling and inventory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
