Production Supervisor-normal Shift

1. Able to monitor worker productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

2. Ensure all workers adhere to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.

3. Able to supervise test runs for new products with the help of other departments.

4. Able to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.

5. Able to ensure all machines and electrical equipment are working well at all times.

6. Do daily reporting for rejected sachets.

7. Prepare daily Work Order Sheets for the production team.

8. Ensure tools are always sufficient and well-maintained.

9. To ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions are always up to date.

10. To ensure all workers follow safety rules and regulations. Also, conduct toolbox meetings daily

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

3. Basic knowledge of machine / equipment function and production processes.

4. Willing to learn and able to support cross-department coordination.

5. Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team.

6. Willing to supervise operators and develop leadership skills.

7. Able to prepare simple production documents and reports.

8. Basic understanding of SOP and safety requirements (e.g. GMP, 5S, OSHA).

9. Proactive, responsible and willing to work in Plentong (normal working hours).

10. Dependable and able to perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
