Responsible full spectrum of recruitment activities such as screening, filtering, interview and salary negotiation;
- Assist of other human resource function such as payroll, leave management, staff claims etc;
- Update and maintain employee personal information;
- Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality;
- Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose;
- Assist of employee grievance matter.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Primary Language Mandarin.
- Secondary Language English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 to 3 years working experience in HR recruitment/ Administrative field.
- Required Skill(s): Recruitment and administration.
- Preferably Junior Executive.
- Commencement date: as soon as possible.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
