**Job Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**

**Boiler Operation**:

- Operate and maintain high-capacity steam boilers in accordance with Boilerman Grade 1 standards.
- Monitor and control boiler systems including pressure, temperature and water levels.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to boiler operations.

**Process Operations**:

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production process equipment and systems.
- Assist in setting up production equipment and perform changeovers as needed.
- Maintain product quality by conducting in-process inspections and making necessary adjustments.
- Log and document production data accurately for reporting and analysis.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments, safety drills, and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

**Maintenance & Support**:

- Collaborate with maintenance teams for breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist in root cause analysis.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Certification**:

- Valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate recognized by the relevant authority.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or process plant.
- Hands-on experience operating steam boilers and process equipment.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of boiler operations and process controls.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data logging systems).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
