Job Title _: Protégé Program for Tender Team
- Locations _: Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur

Role Description & Responsibilities
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department such as quotation submission for government sector (70%) and checking documentation needed for invoices received (30%)
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, pivot table and databases.
- Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand, OnePoint, MUST
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts such as tendering agents and distributors.
- Photocopying, printing and scanning various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.

Qualifications
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare
- Pharmacy, Science or Mathematics
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English and in Bahasa
