**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Collaborate closely with digital experts to devise and implement strategic digital performance marketing initiatives on a global scale across multiple channels
- Assist with analysis and optimization of performance campaigns to meet digital growth objectives (ROI and KPIs)
- Participate in planning and coordinating timelines, budgets, and priorities for all digital marketing projects
- Assist in crafting customer journey maps using digital marketing strategies to promote growth
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including the product team, to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned and optimized towards brand objectives
- Support the seamless execution and optimization of Digital Marketing campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide inputs for adoption

**Analytics and Tracking**:

- Collaborate with the product team to establish tracking events and data layers for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across new sites, pages, apps, products, and third-party integrations
- Participate in creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting plans
- Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI
- Participate in developing data analysis methods, generating reports, and creating models to support marketing and business decision-making
- Assist in creating and optimizing analytics models for full funnel acquisition (like attribution modelling, next best action modelling etc.)
- Extract and integrate data from multiple channels to identify actionable insights
- Support tracking and analysis of key performance metrics, content, and technology usage (like apps, web, social media)

**Reporting**:

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, or Looker) to develop and maintain regular business reports and dashboards as per business requirements
- Use SQL and/or Metabase to query data and build reports
- Ensure all tracked KPIs are accurately represented and aligned to business definitions
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
- Use strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, and setting up tracking events for web analytics
- Experience with global performance digital marketing across paid digital and social media (Google Ads/YouTube Ads/Facebook ads or Native Advertising, OOH, TV experience is a bonus)
- Solid understanding of digital analytics techniques, technologies, and ad tech and marketing tech platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a must, particularly in setting up tracking events and data layers. Proficiency in SQL languages is a must. Experience with Metabase is advantageous.
- Proficient in data modeling and data warehousing
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, or Looker
- Capable of creating cross-channel customer journeys with a data-driven mindset
- Balance of creative and analytical capabilities, and a proactive attitude
- Experience managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
- Prioritization skills to maximize business impact in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking, ability to leverage research, understand marketer needs, and creatively translate these needs into compelling concepts and programs
- Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin skills are advantageous.
