**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for going to meeting as required by the director/ company
- Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
- Ensure safety and comply with all the road and traffic rules while on duty
- Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc
- To ensure that the assigned vehicle is well maintained in good condition, clean and meet all safety requirement
- Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)
- Responsible to refill petrol/ Touch N Go if necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.

- Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Trusted and reliable.
- Fast and punctual work attitude with a good attendance record.
- Prompt, reliable, hardworking, responsible, mature, and honest personality.
- Physically fit with a good work attitude.
- Good health condition and eyesight, fit for work.
- Willingness to come to work early/stay back at short notice.
- Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Must be willing to work on off/rest days.
- Proficient in Waze or Google Maps navigation, with safe driving skills.
- Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- No previous disciplinary records, criminal offenses, or traffic violations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
