**In this position you will....
be a member of Group Legal within bolttech’s Office of the General Counsel, providing legal advice and support on a wide range of group initiatives.

**You will be responsible for **
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, services agreements, software licensing agreements, consultancy agreements and other general commercial agreements.
- Collaborating with external counsels and other stakeholders around the world to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.
- Assisting with the development and enhancement of our compliance programs.
- Identifying potential legal issues and pitfalls and devising creative solutions for the business to effectively mitigate these risks.
- Developing and continuously identifying areas of improvements in our internal policies, case and knowledge management, trainings, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assisting with training on compliance and regulatory topics for stakeholders.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- International experience / working for multinational corporation highly desirable.
