Outlet Supervisor

Ensuring that checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing functions are completed during operations hours.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Utilize computers to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence
- Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met. Verify temperature, judge appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods to determine quality. Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet daily, which should emphasize Halal procedures.
- Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offering in all outlets/
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter.
- Work closely with manager in monthly beverage inventory.
- Have a strong culture of teamwork, excellent communication, and a fun and happy work environment.
- Can accept switching between different branches while needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Disciplined, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
- Can accept switching between different branches while needed.

- Able to work shifts, public holidays & weekends.
- Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Possess own transport
