1. Responsible to receive, count, and verify incoming orders, ensure proper amount and quality of the goods are maintained with proper handling of storage. 2. Responsible to confirm all incoming and outcoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition. 3. Responsible to record inventory data, delivery order, invoice and etc. 4. Responsible to accurately maintain & update company database including all stock and inventory items. 5. Responsible to reduce discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts of stock. 6. Responsible to monitor the stock item and generate month stock report. 7. Responsible to process shipping requests, requisitions, or purchase orders. 8. Responsible to replenish inventory prepare merchandise for shipment. 9. Responsible to arrange the transportation for the shipment, ensure customer received product in the right time, right quantity and right condition. 10. Responsible to perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered. 11. Responsible to ensure the stocks record are up-to-date and accurate.
