- **Job Summary**:
**The Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of parking systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations. This includes car park access control systems, automated payment machines, barrier gates, CCTV systems, and other related infrastructure. The role requires both preventive and corrective maintenance, with prompt response to system issues to minimize downtime.**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and routine servicing of parking equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults on parking systems.
- Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities or faults to the Technical Supervisor or Head of Operations.
- Ensure all equipment such as boom gates, ticket dispensers, auto-pay stations, and sensors are operating efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair work, and parts used.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new car park systems or upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical support or spare parts when necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and breakdowns, including after-office hours when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards in all technical works.
- Support operational team with technical expertise during project rollout or major events.
**Job Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field, **OR**
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in maintenance/technical support; experience in parking systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Able to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor and car park environments.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license ( B / D).
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or on-call duties when needed.
**Working Conditions**:

- Based at multiple car park locations under the company’s operation.
- May involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- May be required to respond to technical issues outside regular working hours.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
