**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Location: Tanjong Malim, Perak**
**Industry: Automotive Manufacturing**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Understand and comply with the Company’s targets, rules and regulations, quality policies, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Ensure daily production targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor and maintain proper usage of direct and indirect consumables and ancillary items.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities such as QCC, SGA, and other process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure all required check sheets for equipment, product, and process quality are properly filled out and strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor, tools, jigs, and workstations at all times.
- Control and monitor process and product quality in accordance with the SOP, minimizing rejects, scraps, and rework.
- Understand and adhere to the requirements of the quality management system, particularly ISO/TS 16949.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive, Engineer, Manager, or higher authority from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing production environments will be an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of assembly processes and production machinery.
- Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Soft Skills & Attributes: Strong discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., QCC, SGA).
- Good communication skills and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willing to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality systems is a plus.
