**We are looking for Lecturer in Art and Design**

**Major in**
- **Fine Art/Visual Art**or equivalent degree in a related discipline.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest and expertise in teaching and involved in design activities.
- Prior work experience in the art and design industry is preferable.
- English proficiency.

**Subject Teaching Area-Visual Art & Design Fundamental Subject**
- History of Art Appreciation
- Aesthetics Criticism
- Oil Painting
- Printmaking
- Sculpture
- Installation Art

and
- Drawing/Design Fundamental
- Colour Study
- History of Art and Design
- Studio Drawing
- Design Principle

**Responsibility**

**Educating and Research**
- Undertake teaching related duties such as preparation of teaching materials, conducting an interactive lecture and tutorial class as well as student consultation, assessment, and other teaching related jobs.
- Actively participate in scholarly activities such as undertaking research, and journal publications as well as developing relevant materials in appropriate formats for the programmes.

**Administration**
- Coordinating, attending meetings and participating in events and working groups.
- MQA document preparation.
- Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the Management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
