**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and lead the site team for smooth timely task completion according to drawing and specifications
- Business minded, cost control, minimise wastage and prevent mismanagement and theft and machineries idling, maintain workers discipline
- Establish a excellent method of site work implementation to liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and supplier
- Establish, record and maintain a full set of project documentation
- Ensure that projects are complying with any construction drawings, safety standards, specifications, high quality of works.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or 8 years working experience for those having qualification SPM, Certificate from college, or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent
- Preferable for those experience in water structure construction, data centre and hospital is advantages
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction
- Good knowledge of building works, M & E works coordination
