**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle the cashier counter by scanning items, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are correct.
- Respond to customer questions and handle minor concerns quickly and courteously.
- Make sure all prices, discounts, and promotions are accurately applied during payment.
- Process transactions using cash, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods while ensuring accurate change is given.
- Open and close the cash register daily, ensuring proper balance and record accuracy.
- Offer product information or pricing details when requested by customers.
- Follow company cashiering procedures and report any issues or irregular transactions to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety around the cashier and customer areas.
- Assist colleagues with general operational duties when needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage or retail field.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to adapt to rotating shifts and various job responsibilities.
- Responsible, accurate, and trustworthy in handling cash and customer transactions.
