Job Scope
- Effectively manage large numbers of customer inquiries on online platform(shopee/lazada/tiktok) & social media.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- To be constantly guided by the company's service standards.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields is an added advantage but not essential
- Eager to learn new things.
- Responsible
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram)
Responsibility
- 24 hour live chat
- Provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
