Mould Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for machine set up & trouble shooting of injection and extrusion machine.
- To organize preventive/ pro-active maintenance program as per schedules and downtime control.
- Provide timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required.
- Enhance cost controls and productivity by optimal manpower, machine, minimizing down time, and wastages;
- Recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products, process and quality system;
- Improve production processes, draw up planning and to achieve higher productivity and quality;
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvements for higher operational on all facilities equipment.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
- Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations.
- Ensure that health & safety guidelines and good housekeeping are followed.
- Any other tasks / responsibilities delegated to you by management.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): Hands on knowledge in plastic injection & extrusion machine set up and adjustment;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English;
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Age between 25-45;
- Strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure and dateline;
- Able to work independently and be able to act as team player;
- Full-Time positions available;

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
