Jobs Xpert Brilliant Sdn Bhd is a Talent Search Firm. We assist our clients with all the talent search processes. Our client is an International well-known beauty skincare retail company in Malaysia. Due to their recent newly launched organic Brand in the market, they are currently seeking qualified enthusiastic individuals with an attitude to delivery and a passion for beauty/skincare to join the team.

Position: Beauty Consultant - Full Time

**Location**:
1) Sunway Velocity, KL
2) The Garden KL,
3) Bangsar Shopping Mall, KL

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Promote and demonstrate company products to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Retail experience in beauty or skincare is an added advantage

Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa

**Remuneration package**:

- Basic RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,200.00
- Grooming Allowance RM 100.00
- 15% Employer EPF Contribution
- Product Claim (RM 4800/annum)
- Staff Purchase - 50%
- OT Applicable
- Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 - RM 3,500.00/month)
- 16 days annual leave
- 5-6 days work/week
- 6 days’ off/ month
- 7.5 hours work and 1 hour break/day
- Shift 10.00am - 6.30pm, 1.30pm - 10.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
