**What You’ll Do Here**
- Research industry-related topics
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates)
- Update our websites as needed
- Manage and lead daily office operations to maintain our Malaysia office operating at peak performance, ensuring that office is always clean and presentable.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions and executing clerical functions.
- Sustain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Handle local and international shipments in and out of the office
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and maintaining inventory.
- Support company initiatives through event organization, communication and field office implementation.

**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, PR or relevant field
- Experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
- Experience of working with MS Office and design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Sound knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- A keen eye for details
- An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Contract length: 24 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
