QA Clerk

1. Perform data entry for inspection records, generate report for customer shipment outgoing reports.
2. Maintain filing systems for QA-related forms, records, certificates and SOPs (both hardcopy and digital).
3. Support QA team in updating and distributing quality forms, checklists and templates.
4. Print and update QA notice board.
5. Prepare calibration tags, pack & arrange send out equipment and update logs.
6. Assist during internal calibration checks and attend to external calibration vendors when needed.
7. Ensure calibration records are properly maintained and accessible.
8. Conduct internal 5S, process and SOP audit which supervised by QE.
9. Conduct internal CAPA audit to verify actions plan are implemented accordingly.
10. Assist to pack product samples and arrange carrier service to external lab/customer.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration, Quality or any related field.
2. Basic computer skills : MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets
3. Able to read and understand simple quality forms and procedures.
4. Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
5. Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
