Position : IT Helpdesk

Basic Salary : RM 2,800 - RM 3,400

Location : PJ Trade

Working Day : Mon - Fri

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm

**Job Scope**
- Engage with customers to understand their technical inquiries and provide responsive, effective support.
- Collect relevant information from users, assess reported issues, and diagnose technical problems to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct follow-up communications and schedule callbacks to ensure successful resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions for internal tracking and continuous improvement.

**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support or a similar technical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common office productivity tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Practical experience working in networked environments.
- Familiarity with alternative operating systems (e.g., Linux, macOS) is an added advantage.
- Experience with server administration (Windows Server or macOS Server) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing both hardware and software issues.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
