**Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform reporting analysis & packages, support corporate with ad-hoc reporting, other tasks & analysis.
- Perform/ review report and expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast.
- Perform month end close, expense review and accruals/reclassification and support accounting treatment.
- Consolidate / coordinate recurring close activities.
- Partner with leadership in project management by monitoring project timeline and liaising with business partner to follow-up timely on action items till closure. Efficiently collaborate meetings/projects and keep track on all updates.
- Proactively challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.
- Involve in KPI and metrics tracking and measurement.
- Prepare presentation decks for management and business partners.
- Support & comply operational control process, audit, SOX, regulatory, statutory and other compliance.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 3 to 4 years working experience in finance reporting/ analytics environment.
- People-oriented leadership with high sense of teamwork.
- Positive and can-do attitude, proactive, committed, willingness to learn and possess good communication & business writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple topics at once with the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to interact at all levels and work under tight deadline.
- Able to work independently and with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Must be detail oriented with good analytical skills.
- Expert/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience connecting or dealing with multiple data sources using Excel, Power BI, SQL or other tools.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and new report development are added advantage.
- SAP, Macro, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, RPA & AI knowledge will be added advantage.
**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting / Finance or professional qualification.
