Operation Executive l 6 days l Port Klang

Salary Range:RM2500 - RM3500

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (6 days)

Rest Day:Sunday

Job Scopes:

- Create plans in the Maslog system and give instructions to the driver as well as monitor the driver’s journey
- Orders must be planned the day before. Assign orders to each driver.
- Follow up all drivers to ensure orders run as planned by monitored the truck movement with GPS websites.
- Always check the Maslog system to ensure each driver updates their movements
- Follow up the driver by calling or messaging (WhatsApp) to get a report on each movement
- Update status of the job order to customer service for the current status that has been done or has problems for customer service to take further action.
- Daily updates and monitoring systemManage export and import shipments such as arranging urgent shipments to the first trip, priority pickup for SI submission, refer request and closing dates.
- Arrange collection such as export shipment according to closing date and time. For import shipment, refer to free day, date and time customer request
- Update maintenance and breakdown for prime mover if it occurs during working hours or while drivers are performing their duties.
- Update a diesel daily log as soon as drivers want to refill their tanks
- Responsible for reloading the prime mover touch N go
- Print a gate pass for driver to leave the yard
- Tracking the expired trailer for puspakom inspections

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 2 years of working experiences
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Must have computer literate
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- operation: 2 years (preferred)
