**Key Responsibilities:Kitchen Crew Duties (70%)**
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, portioning, and plating according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment at all times.
- Receive, check, and store raw materials while ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory control.
- Adhere to all food safety and kitchen SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Support the team in maintaining efficient kitchen workflow during service hours.

**Halal Executive Duties (30%)**
- Ensure all raw materials and ingredients used are Halal-certified and recorded properly.
- Maintain Halal documentation such as Halal certification validity, supplier certificates, and internal Halal records.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure segregation of Halal and non-Halal risk elements, if applicable.
- Coordinate and liaise with Halal certification body and internal Halal Committee (if any).
- Assist in internal Halal audits and compliance assessments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of kitchen or F&B industry experience.
- Knowledge or certification in Halal requirements (e.g. JAKIM’s Halal Executive Course) is preferred.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
