- Working Location: Ubi Ave
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic $3,000 + VB + OT Pay + Company Vehicle Provided**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and set up photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site.
- Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
- Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers.
- Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly.
- Submit meter readings on time.
- Train and advise customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Interact professionally with all customers.
- Build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

- Has valid driving license to go on site for servicing.
- Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred.
- Customer service skills.
- Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus.
- Training will be provided.
