**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
- **2/3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT**:
- **FAMILIAR WITH SUPERVISING OR LEADING THE TEAM (HOUSEKEEPING)**:
- **EXPERIENCE IN 3, 4, OR 5 STAR HOTEL**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the housekeeping operation and administration.
- Monitor the speed of housekeeping staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Brief housekeeping staff on events, occupancy of the day, and the cleaning focus of the day.
- Help train and manager housekeeping staff
- Equip housekeeping staff with necessary tools to complete cleaning assignments
- Assist in cleaning rooms and public areas as needed
- Make housekeeping boards with the cleaning focus of the day
- Walk public area
- Maintain constant communication with front desk about early arrivals, late departures, and room requests
- Stay abreast on occupancy of the day, departure and arrivals, event(s) of the day, VIP rooms, special requests, and guest reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
