We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with foundational ESG knowledge to support our projects. This role is ideal for someone starting their ESG career who is eager to learn, organized in managing documents, and confident in coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize ESG-related documentation and data for sustainability statements, compliance reporting, and internal tracking.
- Conduct desktop research on ESG frameworks (GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, SDGs) to support reporting, presentations, and client proposals.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement) to gather ESG-relevant data and support reporting consistency.
- Coordinate ESG project tasks and timelines, support meeting scheduling, monitor follow-ups, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Assist in preparing stakeholder engagement materials such as presentations, briefing notes, reports, and summaries.
- Help maintain compliance records, evidence folders, and documentation logs aligned to ESG disclosure standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of work or internship experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or consulting.
- Foundational understanding of ESG, CSR, or sustainability concepts.
- Familiar with at least one ESG or sustainability reporting framework (e.g., GRI, ISSB, UNSDGs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

Desired Attributes
- Internship or volunteer experience related to ESG, sustainability, or project coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, or UNSDGs is an advantage.
- A passion for sustainability and making a meaningful impact.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic consulting environment.
