Assist Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Coordinate between consultant and subcontractors for any RFI, shop drawing, material, work programme submission, etc.
- Monitor project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing submission documents to local authorities (e.g., DBKL, CIDB, Bomba)
- Follow up on approvals and inspections.
- Coordinate with consultants on design clarifications and approvals.
- Assist in preparing documentation for CPC and CCC; practical completion, ex;
- G Form, O&M, As-Built.
- Attend and report on the site progress meeting to Project Manager.
- Ensure materials and resources are available as per site requirement.
- Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain and track project documents, drawings, and correspondences.
- Assist in preparing method statements, work programs, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate submission and approval of material samples and shop drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- In-depth understanding with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed between field and office.
- Office work on Kepong

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
