Duties & Responsibilities: To supervise line leaders and operators to ensure the products are produced according to SOP, product and packing specification. To ensure the quantity of the products is produced as per schedule planning. To ensure the processing lines and machines are set up according to SOP for every production run. To conduct daily briefing to line leader and operators on the production plannning. To identify the raw material and ingredients to be used according to product and packing specification for every production planning. To manage the manpower allocation for production. To verify the production report, output and yield for every production report run against the standard. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to production head. To analyze or participate in the troubleshooting of process and equipment trouble/abnormalities. Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of planning structure, equipment and machine in processing planning. To monitor the performance and discipline of the operators and line leaders. To participate in trial run of every new product and contributes in troubleshooting of process and equipment if any. To participate during audit and ensure the production in order. To acknowledge QC reports for every production run. To monitor the WIP stock level in production warehouse and advise production manager according on periodic basic for the disposition. To ensure the compliance of workers safety in processing area. To manage and plan the rework of raw material and finished product as and when necessary. To disseminate information to QC inspectors about the company policies/memo and instruction from section head/HOD. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time. Knowledge & Skills Required SPM or equivalent. Preferred gmp knowledge Understanding of quality standards, health and safety regulations. Understand production process and able to supervise and lead the line leader staff to achieve objectives set. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Great attention to details. Leadership skills. Problem-solving. Team player. Work well under pressure during tight schedule.
