Restaurant Supervisor

Location : IOI City Mall Kulai

**Main Duties & Key Responsibility**:

- Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
- Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions
- Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed during operations hours.
- Utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe opening & closing
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter.
- Work closely with manager in monthly beverage inventory.
- Report to property on time and in proper uniform

**Job Requirement**:

- At least have working experience in the related field.
- Have Typhoid Injection & Food Handling Certificate
- Can accept in switching between different branch while needed.
- Passionate and committed towards excellence.
- Able to work shifts, public holidays & weekends.
- Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 2 years (required)
