**Primary Objective**:
Facilitate smooth day-to-day operations of the Treasury Investment team via:

- Generating CREST internal rating for Fast Track & annual review credit papers
- Conducting Related Party and Connected Party checks
- Updating of information for MAS regulatory reporting
- Adhoc bank-wide projects on streamlining of regulatory data
- Monitor outstanding credit limits
- Respond to compliance and regulatory requests for information in a timely manner
- Collate and generate reports on portfolio performance for review

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contribute to the achievement of the department's target business segment profit, to improve credit quality and to ensure timely processing of credit approvals through:

- Assist in drafting credit papers/proposals for Credit Committee approval, in support of Treasury Investment & Fixed Income Trading Desks
- Conduct regular review of the Treasury Investment Portfolio to update and report credit quality of the portfolio.
- Assignment of credit ratings using internally approved rating methodologies and models
- Adhering/full compliance with the credit policies established by the Bank as well as regulatory requirements

**Operational**
- Monitor existing credit limits and ensure there are no lapses in limits
- Monitor securities in portfolio for adverse news and other developments
- Support the Senior Credit Analyst through assistance of credit proposals preparation & submission to Credit Committee for approvals and renewal
- Manage the credit approval process in a timely mannger with all relevant stakeholders.
- Notify stakeholders in the updating of credit limits in Treasury systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on all operational and regulatory matters.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree -.
- Exposure in Accounting and Financial Statements.
- Basic knowledge of Credit Risk and Financial Markets
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and editing tools
