Sales Clerk

Receive and process customer orders submitted by outstation sales representatives.
- Process sales order, quotations and delivery instructions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track orders and coordinate with production & logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation (e.g.: purchase orders, contracts / sales order, production order)
- Verify IGT details against the outstanding orders in the system & arrange orders to warehouse picking team.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, documentation or invoicing in coordination with relevant teams.
- Liaise with production, logistics & finance to support sales execution.
- Perform weekly inventory checks to assess stock levels against predefined minimum quantities.
- Generate and submit production orders based on predefined re-order quantities to maintain optimal inventory.
- Assist the sales team with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling and sales event preparation
- Generate monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Support compliance with company policies, ISO documentation requirement and audit preparation.
**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least SPM / Certificate and above.
- Minimum at least 2 Years experience in Sales Clerk.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Kapar Batu 5, Klang Selangor.
- Full-time position available.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
