**Job Summary**

We are seeking a competent and experienced **Production Manager** to lead and oversee multiple production lines and department supervisors. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across all production processes, resolving issues, and directly liaising with senior management to align production activities with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Supervise and manage a team of department supervisors across various production lines.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to department supervisors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Production Oversight**:

- Monitor and ensure all production lines operate smoothly and meet daily/weekly production targets.
- Coordinate across departments to resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and staffing challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.

**Problem Solving and Decision Making**:

- Quickly address and resolve issues that arise on the production floor, including quality concerns, workflow disruptions, or safety incidents.
- Make decisions to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.

**Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure all production processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Work with the Quality Control team to address quality-related issues promptly.

**Reporting and Communication**:

- Report production performance, challenges, and improvements directly to senior management.
- Provide detailed updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), production targets, and operational efficiency.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, resource allocation, and team performance.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Production Management**, **Engineering**, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- At least **3 years** of experience in production or manufacturing, with **1-3 years in a leadership role** (e.g., Supervisor or Manager).

**Skills and Traits**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with supervisors, workers, and senior management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Familiarity with production management software is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
