HR Officer

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma Human Resource Management or in any related field (required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources and specifically handling foreign worker matters in Malaysia.
- Experience in dealing with the _Jabatan Imigresen Sarawak_, _Jabatan Tenaga Buruh Sarawak_ and _Kementerian Dalam Negeri_ processes.
- Familiar with managing foreign workers in industries such as manufacturing, construction, plantation or services.
- Familiar with MSEN, eNRE and ePLKS system.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the process and documentation for foreign worker levy, passport renewals and deportation or repatriation if needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the timely renewal of PLKS (Pas Lawatan Kerja Sementara), passports, visas and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all foreign workers, including permit expiry dates and employment status.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all foreign workers (hard copy and digital), including employment contracts, passports, permits, medical records and insurance policies.
