Vacancy available at**:KSL City Mall**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Perform weekly roster planning to ensure adequate manpower for the team.
- Monitor opening, mid and closing of shifts.
- Perform sales forecasting and guide team members on the daily kitchen preparation according to forecasting.
- Prepare food and beverages and ensure team members prepare the food and beverages according to SOP.
- Perform Stock planning & ordering with POS system.
- Escalate customer complaints or operation issues to management.
- Deploy customer service standards to drive the organisation's customer experience goal.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profiles.
- Mentor and train new staff.
- Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
- Rectify any equipment failure or incident that will result in operation downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities with ability to supervise team members
- good in dealing with customers & resolve issues

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
