Creating and issuing invoices for goods shipped or services rendered, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Verifying that all necessary documentation (purchase orders, delivery receipts, etc.) is accurate and complete before issuing invoices.
- Preparing regular reports on invoicing activities, outstanding receivables, and payment collections for management review.
- Analyzing invoicing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in the billing process.
- Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure that billing information aligns with actual shipments and deliveries.
Pay: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
